The Black Country Living Museum

We went to the “The black country living museum” on Friday, April 12^th 2013 before going back to Châteauroux. It is an old mining town at Dudley where were built houses of the mining period with schools, shops, a fairground, a little train to transport the miners to the town. To discover conditions of mining works, we could visit an old mine and it was a very small path, dark and narrow. Fortunately we had a guide who explained to us who worked there, when and in what conditions.
